12/11 Stay real

I just read an chinese article named "my birthday gifts", written by Wen-hua, Wang.
It described how he learned from his father, who died of cancer. During the time when his father fight for living with cancer, every therapy on his father was a pain in wen-hua's heart, for example, chemotherapy. However, his father never gave up and always kept in a good mood, but he still passed away eventually.

Wen-hua mentioned that he learned three things from his father.

First, "perspective."
Day by day, we grow up and judge everything from different angles. Which angle is the best? Perhaps I will never understand throughly. If I make myself busy but never think about my family, my angle is just from myself. Even though I tell them all I pursue is what they will be proud. It is just an excuse to lie to my heart.

Second, "To make everything in proper order." Studying is our duties, enthusiastic about pursuing our dreams is also common sense we thought. But all the reasons we have couldn't constitute a cause of neglecting our family. To make everything in proper order, we can do everything better. To avoid regretting, we should really consider what we concern about.

Last, "To admit your frailness."We don't have to be arrogant or abase ourselves because human beings are always frail in front of Nature. Facing cancer or natural disaster, we have no idea what we gonna do. All we have is frailness......just like a bubble, broken right away if Nature pokes.

I can spend all my life studying abroad, running my business, traveling around the world. Yet I know, only several years can I spend with my parents living, talking, laughing, looking, sharing, crying, everything!

I really love my sweet family!
So "Stay Real!" and never forget what we really concern about.

  1. During the time when Wang's father fought cancer, Wang wen-hua must have felt the pang,
However, the lessons he learned are precious. Perhaps you haven't understood thoroughly, but
if you are occupied with too much work without thinking your family, you are thought of as selfish. Although they are proud of you, they still do not enjoy the love.

Secondly, being enthusiastic about pursuing your dream is good for you, but it isn't everything. It is important to put everything in order and find your priority. In order not to regret in the future, you should find out your major concern.

To avoid regretting, we should really consider what we concern about.

Finally, to admit the mistakes is important. Try to be humble with others or Nature.
We have no idea of what would happen the next moment.

All we own is mutability. Just like a bubble, breaking right away if Nature pokes. And we need to make up with Nature.

    I like your conclusion.
