   "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the ways..."
   Christmas was coming on Sunday. Every child was looking foward to the gifts, but at the same time, Santa claus was worried about the lack of presents that he was going to spread on Christmas eve.
   A brilliant idea popped into his mind and he took immediate action. He took a flying cab from the sky to the Earth with a fulfilled smile, collecting the gifts which were donated by some charities. Just at the right time when he was walking toward the cab with a fully-packed bag, the cab was moving off automatically. He was nervously and astonishedly waving his hand and shouting out loudly in order to stop it, but in vain. The cab was really gone and, finally, he was left alone on the earth forever.
   He realized that he couldn't return to the sky and his power might vanish after this Christmas. Therefore, he did his best to bring happiness to every kid in the world.

    Yesterday I was sitting alone on a chair lay in the center of the square for the whole evening, watching every fast-paced person passing me by. It was just the moment that the view was taken as a picture into my memory. A man successfully negotiated a big cooperate program through the phone within an hour. In the other angle, a fashionable woman finished shopping with her son and walked fast with delight and satisfaction from JUNE department store. Most people walked through in front of my eyes as a lightning , suddenly appeared and vanished in a second, almost had no interaction with others. A confusing question flashed into my mind, “Is the world sick or something?”When did the world become so cold? Brooding over the helpless problem by the time the moon smiled to me, I got a conclusion to deal with the problem, “It’s time that I start devoting to bridging the gap between heartless people in the world nowadays.”

    Judy has been working at a fancy restaurant for 3 month. Everything has been great so far that she has gained much more confidence and good manner in her work. As a waitress, she helds the meal up-hands as usual to the waiting customer. All of a sudden, an accident she never thought of happens, naughty boys are chasting and make the tables, chairs and even waiters and waitresses to be their barriers in order to add some excitement. Just in a second, without her mind, Judy makes an awful trouble that she pours the corn soup onto the head of the customer whom she just passed by. On top of Judy, it seems that everything stops in that moment and keeps on in the next moment. 
    Needless to say, Judy feels embarrassed and deeply apologizes to the customer instantly. The naughty boys are blamed by their parents for making the trouble behind Judy, but it works nothing because the hurt has been caused! Finally, the restaurant treats the customer this meal and gives the customer a coupon for next meal. It is not Judy's day today, but definitely very precious experience that Judy can learn about.

Hello, my Chingyeh!

Back to Chingyeh!

This time, I am a consultant as well as a teacher. When the taxi arrived, children shouted "Lala! Lala!","Wow, they still remember me!" I thought in my mind. "Here I am, Chingyeh! So familiar with  the breath I take, the people I talk to, the knowledge I covey and the memory I have!"

The whole presentation first day was not good, so we had a three-hours-long meeting at night to review what the big problem was, to think how to solve and to remind everyone to do the best. It proved that the long meeting was not in vain. We all saw the outcomes in the second day! 

Every volunteer did a good job in the second day, so I can teach my own lessons smoothly without too much noise-controlling. But even so, my throat was stiil gone!! Thank everyone around me who was so concerned about my throat! I will take care.

Return to our duty

    After this winter vacation, I have to return to my duty, preparing for College Entrance Exam in the end of 2012. I think I have to seize every moment while the heartless time is counting down. How can I bring myself in to a best place? All I need is perseverance.
 
    Actually, without GIVES, somehow I feel that my life seems like lack of somthing...
 
    Thank god I don't have much worries due to lovely family, good friends and kind teachers. Everyone around me inspires me to keep going!! I must to do the best !

    Everyday is a new opportunity!

Vicious Circle

The final exam is coming. We think and take notes while teachers keep teaching without any breath!!! It seems that not only students but also teachers are undergoing the suffering from the education of Taiwan! We have two to three tests everyday. The most unacceptable is that we don't have more time to test during the regular classes, so we have to finish the test papers by ourselves in each break time , in lunch time, even in the noon break, when we always need to take a little rest for other regular class in the afternoon. Sometimes we make a good use of regular classes, for example, we write A test paper in B class while B teacher still keeps teaching what he or she needs to give us! Everyone knows that it will distracted us from listening what teacher says, but what else can we do? It is actually a vicious circle! Shall we do something to change? or We just have no choice but to do that, to follow the circle we don't like?

Everyone is the victim of the vicious circle!

1220 Cracked Voice

    I just caught a cold on 12/18. During my sleep time, I woke up several times because I felt a pain in my throat when I swallowed saliva. As I got up from my bed to the bathroom for cleaning the full phlegm out of my throat, I felt faint that I couldn't walk straightly. Those situation happened continously at that night.
    In the next day morning, I could hardly say a word. I thought I have gotten a cold !
    So far, I still can't speak as usual. For me, as a leader of 219 and GIVES, I need to open my mouth to announce or discuss something with my classmates. I should make more effort to know how to protect my vital THROAT!
